Cleveland Elementary School is an officially licensed Department 56 A Christmas Story Village lighted building for collectors and movie fans, made to give your village the schoolhouse behind the movie's most legendary dare.
This is where it all went down. Themes were written, grades were dreamed about, and one kid learned exactly what happens when you take a triple dog dare in the middle of winter. Department 56 built the brick schoolhouse in hand-painted porcelain, with a snowy roof, holiday wreaths, a basketball hoop, and lit-up classroom windows. Recess is canceled. The village is open.
