Refund policy

If we made a mistake, we'll make it right — fast and on our dime. Wrong item, damaged in transit, defective out of the box — just email us with a photo and your order number and we'll get a replacement or refund sorted immediately. No runaround.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at support@clevelandstreetnovelties.com with your order number and let us know whether you'd like a return or exchange. We'll reply with instructions promptly.

Please don't ship anything back before hearing from us — untracked packages can get lost and cause headaches for everyone.

What Can Be Returned

We accept returns within the following timeframes:

• Holiday purchases (orders placed November 1st or later) — returnable through January 30th
• All other purchases — returnable within 30 days of receipt

Items must be returned in original condition, in their original packaging. Clothing must be unworn and unwashed.

Wood crates are not returnable.

If you received a free promotional item with your order, it must be returned as well for a full refund. If you'd prefer to keep it, its retail value will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order shipped free, the actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Please use a trackable shipping service — we can't be responsible for returns that don't make it back to us.

For larger items like leg lamps, we recommend FedEx or UPS over USPS. In our experience, USPS rates on big packages can run $20–30 higher — it's worth comparing before you ship.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3 business days — provided items come back in new, unused condition.

Items returned used or damaged may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. If the item can't be restocked, we may need to reject the return and will reach out to you directly if that's the case.

If your order involved a Buy One Get One or other multi-buy promotion, your refund will reflect the actual promotional pricing on items kept.
