We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of $75 or more to the 48 contiguous United States!
- Most orders ship within 2 business days.
- Ships via UPS Ground, UPS Ground Saver, USPS Ground Advantage, or USPS Priority Mail.
- Transit time typically takes 2–6 business days, depending on your distance from our warehouse in Cleveland, Ohio.
- During peak seasons, shipping carriers may experience delays — we recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment!
- Orders over $299.99 may require a signature at delivery.

🏠 Domestic UPS Shipping

- Most orders ship within 2 business days.
- Physical addresses only — UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
- Shipping costs are based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- We may adjust your shipping method if the selected option is incompatible with the address provided.
- Packing slips do not show prices (perfect for gifts!).
- Transit estimates are shown at checkout but are not guaranteed — delays may happen.
- Orders over $299.99 may require a signature at delivery.

- Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, size, and shipping distance.
- We reserve the right to adjust the shipping method as needed to ensure successful delivery.
- Transit time is not guaranteed and may be affected by peak season volume.
- Oversized or unusually shaped packages may require a custom quote — we'll reach out if needed.
- Shipping refunds are not issued for carrier delays.

🎖️ Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

We proudly ship to military addresses using USPS. Please allow for extended delivery time — some shipments, especially overseas, may take 4+ weeks to arrive.

🏔️ Alaska & Hawaii

Due to carrier fuel surcharges and extended delivery routes, all shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are custom quoted. Transit time will vary depending on location and service used.

🌍 International Shipping
