Domestic shipping

We ship via UPS Ground, UPS Ground Saver, USPS Ground Advantage, and USPS Priority Mail.
Transit time depends on your distance from our warehouse. Estimates are shown at checkout, but transit times aren't guaranteed, and we can't offer refunds for carrier delays.
Large or bulk orders outside normal consumer quantities may not qualify for free shipping and could require additional charges.
Packing slips don't include pricing, so orders are gift-ready.

UPS

Physical addresses only. UPS can't deliver to PO Boxes.
Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
Orders over $299.99 (excluding leg lamps) require a signature at delivery.

USPS

Rates are calculated based on weight, size, and distance.
Larger or unusually shaped items may require a custom shipping quote.

We may adjust your shipping method if the option you picked doesn't fit your address, to make sure your order arrives.

Leg lamp orders

Full-size leg lamps ship in two separate boxes, one for the lamp and one for the shade, and they may arrive on different days. If one box beats the other to your door, hang tight, because the second one is usually right behind it.

About box condition: Our lamps travel in cardboard shipping cartons that pass through several carriers and sorting facilities before they reach you, and the outside usually shows it. Scuffs, dirt, tape, and shipping labels are all part of the trip. A worn box with the lamp inside in new condition is a complete order. Damage to the lamp itself is a different story, and that's covered below.

Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

We ship to military addresses via USPS. Please allow extra time. Some packages may take 4 weeks or more, especially to overseas locations. Thank you for your service.

Alaska & Hawaii

Because of fuel surcharges and extended delivery routes, shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are custom quoted. Please contact us for a quote before ordering.
