Shipping Options
FREE Shipping:
- FREE SHIPPING promotion applicable to the 48 contiguous United States.
- Full Size Leg Lamps are NOT included in the free shipping promotion.
- Most orders ship within 24 hours of the order being placed on business days.
- Ships via FedEx or USPS.
- Transit time varies but usually takes around 2-6 days. The closer you are to Cleveland, OH the faster the transit time will be.
- Please note in peak season shipping delays may occur by the carrier.
- Orders valued at $199.99 and above (excluding leg lamps) will require a signature at delivery.
Domestic FedEx Shipping:
- Most orders ship within 24 hours of the order being placed on business days.
- Physical addresses are required to ship orders via FedEx. Please note if you enter a PO Box it will delay the shipment of your order as we have to contact you to update the address. If we do not receive a response in a timely manner your order may be cancelled.
- FedEx shipping charges for orders are based on parcel weight, box dimensions and distance from Cleveland, OH.
- We reserve the right to change the shipping service if the option chosen is not valid for the delivery address.
- Due to the fact that many orders are gifts, invoices are not included with shipments. A packing slip may be included, but will not show pricing.
- Transit time is given when you choose your method of delivery at check-out.
- Please note, although our carriers are pretty consistent in delivery, the transit time is not guaranteed. Factors outside the carriers control can sometimes delay delivery. No shipping refunds are given for carrier delays.
- Orders we consider "outside of the norm" may need to have the shipping specially quoted. We will contact you if this is an issue.
- Orders valued at $199.99 and above (excluding leg lamps) will require a signature at delivery.
Domestic FedEx Express Shipping:
- Most orders ship within 24 hours of the order being placed on business days.
- Priority shipping (FedEx 2 Day or FedEx Overnight) is available for most items. At our discretion, USPS Priority may be substituted if we feel the item will reach you faster than FedEx.
- Please note that transit time is counted via business days. Saturday, Sunday and major holidays do not always count. For example, if you order an item on a Thursday via FedEx 2 Day, the item may not deliver until the following Monday.
- Due to the online sales boom we can no longer guarantee transit times.
- Refunds will not be given for late express shipments.
- Orders valued at $199.99 and above (excluding leg lamps) will require a signature at delivery.

- Most orders ship within 24 hours of the order being placed on business days.
- USPS shipping charges for orders are based on parcel weight, box dimensions and distance from Cleveland, OH.
- We reserve the right to change the shipping service if the option chosen is not valid for the delivery address.

- Please note due to the overwhelming amount of parcels received by USPS during peak times transit time may be delayed. This is out of our control and refunds will not be given for shipping costs.
MILITARY ADDRESS (APO/FPO/DPO) SHIPPING:
- We use USPS to ship to military addresses.
- Due to a longer transit time for Military addresses, please allow additional time for delivery, especially overseas. Some packages may take 4+ weeks to arrive.
Alaska and Hawaii Shipping:
- Due to fuel surcharges by carriers...all shipments going to Alaska and Hawaii are being quoted at this time.
- Transit time varies and is based on delivery service picked as well as any time the package spends in customs.

- A complete list of desired items.
- Your complete shipping address, indicating if it is a business or residential address.
- Due to increased fraud internationally, we reserve the right to cancel orders that we deem suspicious.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
- At this time we ship internationally ONLY to the following countries: Australia, Canada and the UK.
- For those areas that can check out directly on our site please note that shipping prices are quoted for major population centers. We reserve the right to cancel an order if you live in a remote area. We will email you with a quote at that time.
- All international orders are shipped via FedEx International.
- You are personally responsible for any import duty/tax that may be applied to an order outside of the US. This isn't a shipping charge, but a legal requirement decided by the governing law where you live. Any orders abandoned/refused by customers due these charges will be liable for all costs shipping the order back - including the original cost of the shipping.
- Due to import restrictions and the difficulty of delivering such a large item outside of the USA, we cannot send wooden crates internationally.
