Returns & Exchanges
Email us at support@clevelandstreetnovelties.com with your order number and let us know whether you'd like a return or exchange. We'll reply with instructions promptly.
Please don't ship anything back before hearing from us — unreturned packages can get lost and cause headaches for everyone.
We accept returns within these timeframes:
- Holiday purchases (orders placed November 1st or later) — returnable through January 30th
- All other purchases — returnable within 30 days of receipt
Items must be returned in original condition, in their original packaging. Clothing must be unworn and unwashed.
Wood crates are not returnable.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order shipped free, the actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Please use a trackable shipping service — we can't be responsible for returns that don't make it back to us.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3 business days — provided items come back in new, unused condition.
Items returned used or damaged may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. If the item can't be restocked, we may need to reject the return — and we'll reach out to you directly if that's the case.
If your order involved a Buy One Get One or other multi-buy promotion, your refund will reflect the actual promotional pricing on items kept.
