๐Ÿ’Œ How do I return or exchange an item?

Please email us at support@clevelandstreetnovelties.com with your order number and let us know if you'd like a return or exchange. We'll send return instructions promptly.

๐Ÿ“ฆ What items are returnable?

We accept returns within the following timeframes:

  • Holiday Purchases: Orders placed November 1st onward can be returned through January 30th.
  • All Other Purchases: Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt.

Returned items must be:

  • In original condition
  • Unwashed and unworn (for clothing)
  • In the original packaging

๐Ÿšซ Please note: Wood Crates are not returnable.

๐Ÿ’ก For Leg Lamps: We recommend using FedEx or UPS for returns, as USPS is often significantly more expensive for large packages.

๐Ÿ’ต Are there any charges for returns?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. Use any carrier, but we strongly recommend a trackable service.
  • If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Any free promotional items must be returned for a full refund. If not, the retail value will be deducted.

๐Ÿ’ณ When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3 business daysโ€”as long as items are in new and unused condition.

๐Ÿงพ Promotions Note: If your return involves a Buy One Get One or multi-buy promotion, your refund will reflect any promotional savings from items kept.

๐Ÿ›‘ Important: Items returned used or damaged may be subject to a restocking fee up to 20%. If we can't resell the item, your return may be rejected. In that case, weโ€™ll contact you directly.
