Are carrier charges refundable if delivery is delayed? 

• In short NO.
• Due to FedEx and USPS seeing peak volume almost year round now the likelihood of a delay has increased. Although their target delivery times are still well over 90%, it's the new reality we face.
• This also includes express delivery (ie - overnight and 2 day shipping).
