Schwartz's House is an officially licensed Department 56 A Christmas Story Village lighted building for collectors and superfans, made to fill out your village block with Ralphie's best friend's place.
Every great movie needs a best friend, and every great village needs his house. This is the two-story duplex where Schwartz lives, and yes, it's the one on the other end of that phone call. You know the one. Ralphie panicked, named names, and the whole neighborhood heard what happened next. Department 56 kept the snowy roof, porch wreaths, and glowing upstairs windows and left out the yelling. Probably.
